Dan Watts, CEO
Before joining US Signal in 2023, Dan was the Chief Operating Officer for Segra, one of the nation’s largest independent fiber companies, where he worked for almost seven years. Previously he was President of TSAChoice, Inc., a business technology integrator headquartered in Asheville, North Carolina. Prior to TSAChoice he served in a variety of sales and operations roles at Windstream. He is a veteran of the United States Army.
John White, Chief Operating Officer
John White is the Chief Operation Officer at US Signal. He is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of driving organizational growth, operational excellence, technology transformation, and innovation. Previously, John was the Chief Innovation Officer at Effectual and Expedient, where he spearheaded significant transformations, optimized technology, and developed strategic partnerships that resulted in increased profitability and customer satisfaction.
Trevor Bidle, Chief Information Security Officer
Trevor is the Chief Information Security Officer at US Signal where he oversees its physical, logical, and cyber security. He also leads the Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response team, compliance and privacy programs, along with the internal audit functions. Trevor has 23 years of experience leading information technology, engineering, and information security teams.
Mary Whiting, VP of Compliance + Human Resources
Mary Whiting is the Vice President of Privacy and Human Resources at US Signal, where she leads the company’s privacy and security programs and ensures compliance with the latest regulations and standards. With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Mary is an expert in risk management, data privacy, and regulatory affairs, and is committed to protecting the privacy and security of US Signal’s clients’ data.
Gaudy Jandron, Chief Information Officer
Gaudy Jandron is the Chief Information Officer at US Signal with over 25 years of experience in various industries. She has been at the forefront of many technology initiatives, leading businesses towards growth and development. Her expertise cuts across healthcare, retail, finance, technology services, telecommunications, and energy sectors. Gaudy is renowned for her ability to foster innovation and collaboration in her teams.
Ryan Johnson, Executive Vice President of Finance
Ryan Johnson is the Executive Vice President of Finance at US Signal, where he is responsible for managing financial operations for the company. With over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Ryan has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective financial strategies that improve profitability and drive growth.
Daniel Eskew, Senior Vice President of Sales
Daniel Eskew is the Senior Vice President of Sales at US Signal and has extensive experience in the field of software engineering. He has spent most of his career working with cutting-edge technologies and designing innovative software solutions for various industries. With a strong background in computer science, Daniel is known for his ability to identify complex problems and create effective solutions that deliver exceptional results.
Pat Cannon, Field Chief Technology Officer
Pat Cannon is the Field Chief Technology Officer at US Signal. He brings over 15 years of IT consulting and leadership experience to the US Signal team. Pat has extensive experience architecting scalable, secure and resilient solutions for customers in a wide variety of industries. Pat’s experience as an IT consultant allows him to look at business objectives and technology options to produce solutions that have a meaningful impact for customer operations.
Chad Hohendorf, Executive Vice President of Operations
As Executive Vice President of Operations, Chad Hohendorf is responsible for the order process from quote to installation by overseeing pricing, sales operations, network and outside plant engineering, and service delivery.
David Humes, Vice President of Product Development
David Humes is a results-driven executive leader with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, with nearly 10 years leading IT operations for various manufacturing organizations. As the VP of Product Development at US Signal, he brings a proven track record of success in developing innovative product strategies and driving revenue growth through partnerships and market expansion.
Daven Winans, Vice President of Engineering
Daven Winans is the Vice President of Engineering. He is responsible for all aspects of cloud and services infrastructure architecture and leads the technical research and engineering development. Daven has previously held positions in US Signal’s Professional and Managed Services Department as a technician, engineer, and manager.
Killian Smith, Vice President of Support Operations
As the Vice President of Support Operations, Killian oversees the Project Management Team, the Field Operations Team, and the Technical Operations Center. Killian has over a decade of experience in IT and has had success in building helpdesk best practices previously at an MSP local to West Michigan. Today, Killian is responsible for providing a world-class customer support experience at US Signal.
Sean Socha, Chief Financial Officer
Sean Socha, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of experience. His last five years were spent at FirstLight Fiber, Inc., where he spearheaded strategic initiatives that dramatically increased EBITDA by 50% through organic growth and meticulously integrated acquisitions. His exceptional skills in strategic financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and forecasting are now poised to help continue to drive success and innovation at US Signal.
