Product Interoperability Matrix
US Signal strongly recommends referencing our product interoperability and compatibility matrix to maintain optimal performance within our cloud. The matrix includes the software and hardware versioning that we support. This document is updated on a regular basis, so please check back regularly and/or as necessary.
The first table covers supported versions for US Signal products. This table lists the product software versions enabled at each US Signal data center, along with continuity between each data center location.
A second table also provides integration compatibility. This table contains the oldest software version that a customer can run in their on-premises environments and maintain compatibility when integrating with a US Signal service.
