You’ll be asked to select the market category that is most relevant to the services US Signal provides to you. Then follow the prompts to set up an account and share your feedback about US Signal’s customer service, support, capabilities, and product implementation.
Gartner Peer Insights is an online IT software and services reviews and rating platform. It gathers and publishes objective, unbiased reviews of various IT services and service providers to help IT leaders make more informed purchase decisions. Equally important, it enables technology providers like US Signal to improve their products and services.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Reviews are anonymous. You’ll be asked to create an account in order to complete the survey, but your name and company won’t be attached to your review. Only demographic details (role, industry, organization size) will be displayed with your comments.
- Personal email addresses aren’t accepted. Gartner Peer Insights requires business email addresses for creating an account.
- All submissions must be approved by Gartner. Gartner staff will carefully review each survey to ensure its validity and maintain the integrity of the forum. You aren’t permitted to review your own products and services or those of your competitors or your affiliates.
- Approved reviews will be posted within two weeks. If your review doesn’t appear within that timeframe, you can contact Gartner directly at [email protected].
