I joined US Signal nearly 12 years ago in an entry level role on the Service Delivery team. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into a Senior Project Manager role and, then into a Leadership/Manager role also on the Service Delivery team. My journey reflects the opportunities US Signal provides employees to develop their skills, take on new challenges, and build meaningful careers within the company.

I started at US Signal in February 2022 in a role in the TOC. What I remember most from my early days was how willing everyone was to help others grow in their knowledge and career. I graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Food Science—and somehow found my way into telecommunications, where I have happily stayed for the past 26 years! US Signal is my third carrier, and the first thing that stood out to me was the culture. Many companies talk about culture, but at US Signal, you genuinely feel it. When challenges arise, titles disappear and everyone rolls up their sleeves—from executives making coffee and snack runs during week-long war rooms to VPs jumping into the systems and helping key quotes.
