Customized Microsoft CSP Invoicing and Reporting Options
US Signal provides customized invoicing and reporting options for Microsoft CSP clients. This can be used to split up billing to separate invoices or simply tag them so you can report on them. US Signal produces an Excel spreadsheet every month to show you the details.
Tenant – For customers that have more than one tenant.
Source – Licensing can be separated from Azure, Perpetual Software or Subscription Software.
Subscription – a specific subscription ID
Azure tags – US Signal can split up Azure Plan usage using a 3-level hierarchy of tags. Tag all your Azure resources using up-to three tags such as BillingCode, Application, and Owner. BillingCode:”1234”, Application: “DataWarehouse”, and Owner: [email protected]. While not every usage cost can be tagged in Azure, this will enable you to easily keep track of most Azure costs to help control your spend.
