Support Scope of Service

The US Signal Support Team is committed to providing industry-leading customer service, ensuring you get the most out of the Microsoft Cloud services. Available 24/7/365, our dedicated support team provides comprehensive technical assistance for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure, helping your IT team navigate issues and maximize the value of your cloud environment. Support is available in English for all priorities, ensuring clear, effective communication at any time.

 

To streamline your experience, all support requests related to Microsoft Cloud services must be submitted through the US Signal Service Desk. This centralized approach ensures faster resolution and reduces complexity. Please note that if you attempt to contact Microsoft directly for assistance with services purchased through US Signal, you will be redirected back to US Signal for support.

When you purchase Microsoft Azure or Office 365 services through US Signal, the following level of support is included:

  • Expert-to-Expert Support: Microsoft Cloud support is provided directly to your designated Azure or Office 365 administrators. It is expected that your IT staff will handle support for end users and escalate issues to US Signal as needed.
  • Operational and Technical Assistance:
    • Account setup
    • Sign-up support
    • Account and billing inquiries
  • Issue Escalation:
    • Triage and escalation of performance issues and service availability concerns to Microsoft.
    • If issues escalated by US Signal to Microsoft are found to be unrelated to Microsoft Cloud services, additional charges may apply. You will be informed before any charges are incurred.

Microsoft CSP Self-service Portal

OneNeck’s Microsoft CSP self-service portal gives you visibility into your licensing and provides basic management capabilities such as:

  • Review licensing usage and licensing assignments.
  • Add additional seats to licensing subscriptions.
  • Order new licensing subscriptions.
  • Assign licenses to end users.
  • Add admins to portal with role -based access.
  • Review current Azure consumption data within 24 hours of usage at the currently contracted price (not the same as invoice data).
  • Review historical Azure consumption data.
  • Order new Azure plan subscription (if one does not already exist).
