Dan Watts, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of US Signal, Dan is focused on helping organizations modernize their infrastructure with confidence and clarity. Prior to joining US Signal in 2023, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Segra, one of the nation’s largest independent fiber providers, driving operational scale and service excellence. He previously served as President of TSAChoice, a business technology integrator, and held senior sales and operations roles with Windstream.

As a U.S. Army veteran, he leads with discipline and a mission-first mindset. He is passionate about the role of artificial intelligence in solving operational and infrastructure challenges, and he champions innovation that delivers measurable value for customers.

John White, Chief Operating Officer

John White is the Chief Operation Officer at US Signal. He is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of driving organizational growth, operational excellence, technology transformation, and innovation. Previously, John was the Chief Innovation Officer at Effectual and Expedient, where he spearheaded significant transformations, optimized technology, and developed strategic partnerships that resulted in increased profitability and customer satisfaction.

Jock Thompson, Chief of AI

As Chief of AI, Jock Thompson will lead US Signal’s enterprise-wide artificial intelligence transformation, embedding AI and intelligent automation across the organization to improve operational efficiency, accelerate service delivery, and enhance the value delivered to customers.

Jock brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology-enabled businesses across infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise operations. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of a boutique consulting and venture development firm focused on AI-driven transformation and operational automation. He is also the chair of TAIRT – The AI Roundtable, a peer community of executives focused on advancing the adoption of AI across industries.

Keith Wilson, Chief Financial Officer

Keith Wilson brings more than 30 years of expertise in emerging technologies, financial management, and strategic planning to his role. Before joining US Signal, he held prominent leadership positions such as CEO, CFO, and Managing Partner across diverse industries. Keith has a proven track record of fueling financial growth, enhancing operational performance, and spearheading strategic transformations. A trailblazer in technological innovation, he consistently drives forward-thinking solutions and dynamic progress.

Trevor Bidle, Chief Information Security Officer

Trevor is the Chief Information Security Officer at US Signal where he oversees its physical, logical, and cyber security. He also leads the Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response team, compliance and privacy programs, along with the internal audit functions. Trevor has 23 years of experience leading information technology, engineering, and information security teams.

Daniel Eskew, Chief Revenue Officer

Daniel Eskew is an accomplished sales executive with over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. As the Chief Revenue Officer at US Signal, he is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong customer relationships. Prior to joining US Signal, Daniel held senior leadership positions at several leading technology companies and has a proven track record of delivering results. His expertise in technology and understanding of customer needs make him a valuable asset to the US Signal team.

Kerith Ackley-Jelinek, Chief of Staff

Kerith Ackley-Jelinek brings over 20 years of expertise in project management, communications, and organizational development. As Chief of Staff at US Signal, she drives strategic planning and oversees the execution of key initiatives. Working closely with the executive team, Kerith ensures alignment with the company’s vision, prioritization of critical objectives, and excellence in operational performance.

Nate Steed, General Counsel, Senior Legal Officer

Nate Steed serves as General Counsel and Senior Legal Officer, bringing more than 18 years of private practice experience to his role. Prior to joining US Signal, Nate was a partner at a major Michigan law firm, where he built a national practice focused on software licensing, technology transactions, data security, and related technology agreements.

He is a nationally recognized speaker on data privacy and security, technology agreements, and data breach responsiveness, and is widely regarded as a thought leader at the intersection of law and emerging technology. Nate earned his law degree from Indiana University – Bloomington, graduating cum laude.
