Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services has worked with US Signal since 2003 when it first procured network services. As the organization’s technology needs have changed, it’s relied on US Signal’s expertise and reliable customized healthcare IT solutions to help meet them. So, it wasn’t surprising that when the company decided to upgrade its Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, it engaged US Signal to help with the project.
But this wasn’t just any project. The EHR system would require a customized IT environment built to the vendor’s stringent guidelines, and the project needed to be completed in an extremely tight timeframe.
As always, US Signal rose to the challenge, developing a multi-component, hybrid IT solution to meet Pine Rest’s need for a robust, secure infrastructure for its new EHR system. The solution ensures its availability, as well as that of other mission-critical applications, and helps the organization prepare for launching more advanced, IT-dependent care solutions.
US Signal is working directly with Pine Rest and the EHR vendor to complete all steps of the project, from building the EHR environment to the vendor’s specifications to post-live optimization. A dedicated US Signal project manager is seeing the project through from start to finish to help keep things on schedule.
